AGREEMENT
Participation in a Tara Tours Ireland(TTI) tour will be in 
accordance with, and with your affirmed acceptance of 
the Terms and Conditions to follow.
By booking with TTI, you (guesT) acknowledge your 
understanding of, and your agreement to the all the terms 
and conditions that are applicable to your tour as stated 
below.
1 - STANDARD INCLUSIONS FOR ALL PRESET TOURS
1a.) - Inclusive Tour Price
Is based on agreements, foreign currency rates, levies, 
and taxes in effect at the time of booking. The Tour price 
rates are in U.S. dollars and are confirmed at time of 
booking. In the unlikely event of pricing discrepancies due 
to human error or technology fault, TTI reserves the right 
to  adjust the tour price to correct the error, and the price 
confirmed at time booking could be subject to change. 
1b.) - International Airfare
Roundtrip NON-STOP Economy class flights on Aer 
Lingus* from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX.), 
San Francisco International Airport (SFO.) or 
Seattle/Tacoma International Airport (SEA.) to/from 
Dublin Airport (DUB.) is included in the preset itinerary 
price as advertised.**
*If TTI cannot secure seats on Aer Lingus for any tour guest, 
we will seek to accommodate guests with alternative 
carriers to coincide with the tour schedule. 
**Guests will have the option to purchase their own airfare, 
of have TTI arrange air travel from an alternative departure 
point or with other carriers. TTI can arrange for domestic 
travel from any major US Airport to one of our primary 
departure points. Any additional costs incurred are payable 
by the guest. Guests booking Land-Only packages may be 
subject to a Land Only surcharge. Surcharge included in the 
price of the Land Only package.        
1c.) - Ground Transportation
Travel by Air-conditioned coach or minibus throughout 
the tour on days with events or activities requiring 
transportation; including:
*    Airport transfers to/from Dublin Airport to hotel  
*    Transport to scheduled tour activities
*    Coach transportation between tour locations / 
destinations
1d.) - Accommodations
*    Most guest accommodations are rated 4*
*    All accommodations are rated 3*or higher
1e.) - Meals
*    Included as outlined in the itinerary for each 
individual tour. 
*    The number of meals may vary between different 
tours; even where tours are of the same duration.
1f.) - Scheduled Activities & Events (Excursions.)
*    All excursions, entrance fees and any other applicable 
are included in the tour price.
*    Guest non-participation in any scheduled activities 
during the tour will result in the forfeit of any costs 
associated with the activity, whether included in the 
preset tour price or added as an optional item.
1g.) - Tour Director / Escort 
*    Meets, and escorts guests throughout the tour
*    Assists guests with local information, reasonable 
requirement or request that not fulfilled as part of 
with the preset itinerary can be accommodated acts 
as liaison with providers of tour components for 
guests as necessary, up to 24 hours daily throughout 
the tour. In the event of additional fees/charges 
incurred in meeting/fulfilling such 
requirements/requests, guests will be responsible for 
payment of any additional costs.
2 - OPTIONAL INCLUSIONS
2a.) - Travel Insurance - TTI recommends that guests 
purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and 
your travel investment against the unexpected. For 
convenience, we offer travel protection our partner 
Travelex Insurance Services Inc. Guests can add the option 
at time of booking; or within 15 days of paying deposit.

2b.) - Activities & Events (Excursions)
*    Guests may have the option to add events or activities 
not included in the preset tour schedule. 
*    Any applicable charges will be added to the tour price 
and are the responsibility of the guest. 
3 - EXCLUSIONS
3a.) - Tips/Gratuities
*    For guides, escorts, meal services, etc.
3b.) - Personal Expenses
*    Items such as laundry, alcoholic beverages, 
room service, telephone expenses, etc. are not 
included in the tour price, and are solely the 
responsibility of the guest.
3c.) Medical or Tour Interruption Expenses
*    If the guest has expenses due to a medical issue 
or trip interruption, TTI  shall not be held liable. 
TTI recommends that guests purchase travel 
insurance through our partners Travelex to 
cover these types of expenses. 
4 - PASSPORTS, VISAS & 
IMMUNIZATIONS/VACCINATIONS
It is the responsibility of each guest to know the 
requirements for entry to each country on their tour, and 
to be in possession of the following documents prior to 
international travel and during the tour:
4a.) - Passport
*    Guests are required to have valid  passport that will 
be still valid and current  on the departure date and 
for the duration of the tour, until return to resident 
country. 
*    Costs associated with obtaining passports and visas 
are not included in the tour price and are solely the 
responsibility of each guest.
*    Obtaining a passport is often subject to delay, 
sometimes very long delays.
*    We strongly recommend that our guests verify validity 
of their passport, and/or apply for / renew passport at 
the time of booking. Delaying can be costly. 
4b.) Visas
*    It is the responsibility solely of the guest know any 
visa or other documentation requirements for travel 
to Ireland or other countries on included in the guest 
itinerary. 
*    Where applicable; the guest will need to be in 
possession of the following to be permitted to travel:
o    Any visas required for travel to Ireland, or 
to other countries on your tour. 
o    Any re-entry documents required for return 
to resident country.
4c.) Immunizations / Vaccinations
*    Documented proof of COVID-19 vaccination as 
required by local, national, and international 
laws/regulations in any country visited.
*    For all and 2022 tours, TTI requires that guests be 
vaccinated against COVID-19 using a COVID-19 
vaccine approved by the CDC or similar recognized 
authority.
*    Guests who exempt from vaccine compliance will be 
permitted to travel with documented evidence of 
exemption.
*    Guests may be  required to show proof of a negative 
COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of departure, 
where required by any destination visited on the tour.
*    Guests  who do not have the required documents or 
meet the above requirements will not be permitted 
to travel, and not exempt from cancellation policy. 
All cancellation fees and penalties apply; up to the 
full amount paid for the tour.
The latest country-specific information is available 
through the U.S. Department of State website.
5 - PAYMENTS, CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS  & 
REFUNDS
5a.) Booking Deposit & Payment Schedule
*    Each booking will be secured with  a non-refundable 
$500 deposit per guest, payable at time of booking. 
*    The total price of the preset tour and any additional 
optional components will be displayed to guest at 
time of booking. 
*    Cost of optional Travel Insurance is payable at time of 
booking and is non-refundable. 
*    Other optional tour components may also be payable 
at time of booking. 
*    Guest will have the option to pay a deposit of $500 or 
more, or to pay in full at time of booking. The $500 
minimum deposit is non-refundable.
*    Amounts paid over the $500 minimum may be 
eligible for refund, in accordance with cancellation 
and change policies. 
*    50% of total tour price due by no later than 120 days 
prior to departure.
*    Full payment of tour price due by no later than 75 
days prior to departure.


5b.) Payment Types Accepted:
*    TTI accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express 
*    Pay by Check is also available. 
Rejected / Returned payments will be assessed a payment 
processing fee of $50 per returned payment. 
5c.) - Payment Channels 
*    Online Payments can be made at the time of booking 
and for any subsequent payments made.  
5d.) Credit Card Processing
*    Any applicable fees for credit card processing are 
included in the tour price. 
*    All credit card transactions are handled securely 
through our payment service providers WeTravel 
and Stripe.
*    If setting up a credit card for scheduled payments, 
ensure that the expiration date will not occur prior to 
the last scheduled payment date. 
*    Payments rejected due to expired cards will be 
assessed a $50 Payment Processing Fee for each 
rejected payment. 
5e.) - Changes
*    Flight changes and cancellations  are subject to 
the carrier's change/ cancellation policy 
applicable to your flight booking.
*    Any costs incurred due to flight changes 
requested will be solely the responsibility of the 
guest. 
*    Other tour components can be changed up to no 
later than 35 days prior to departure and may be 
subject to cancellation penalties. 
5f.) - Cancellation / Change Timeline
From Time of booking up to 120 days prior to departure
*    All tour components, including flights can be 
changed or cancelled with no fees. The $500 
deposit paid at time of booking is non-
refundable. 
*    All other amounts paid will be eligible for refund, 
unless otherwise 
From 60-119 days prior to departure
*    Make changes to the land components of  tour 
(accommodations, transport, and excursions.). 
Based on availability.
*    The $500 deposit paid at time of booking is non-
refundable. 
From 35-59 days prior to departure
*    Changes may be permitted, based on availability 
for no additional fee. Refunds will not be issued. 
*    Any related costs are solely the responsibility of 
the guest.  
*    Any cancellations made will be subject to the full 
cancellation penalties, up to the full amount 
paid.  
From 0-34 days prior to departure date:
*    No changes permitted.
*    Cancellations will be subject to forfeit of total 
tour cost.

5g)- Discount Codes

Discount Codes apply to Iconic Beauty of Ireland Tour or Ireland's Epic Ancient East Tour only. 

They can not be used to pay for Short Tours (under 7 days) or Build Your Own Tours. 
6 - FINANCIAL PROTECTION
6 a.) Cancellation, Guest not at Fault
Upon cancellation of the transportation or other travel components 
where the guest is  not at fault and has not canceled in violation of 
any terms and conditions previously disclosed , all sums paid to TTI 
for services not provided will be promptly paid to the guest, unless 
the guest advises TTI, after cancellation of the service. This does not 
apply where the TTI has remitted the payment to another registered 
wholesale seller of travel or air carrier, without obtaining a refund, 
and where the wholesaler or provider defaults in providing the 
agreed-upon transportation or service. In this situation, TTI agrees 
provide the guest with a written statement accompanied by bank 
records establishing the disbursement of the payment, and if 
disbursed to a wholesale seller of travel, proof of current 
registration of that wholesaler.
6 b.) California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund 
(TCRF)
California Residents: - TTI is registered and participating in the 
California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF), and 
transactions are  covered by the TCRF.
Eligible passengers may file a claim with TCRF if the guest is owed a 
refund of more than $50 for transportation or travel services which 
TTI or one if its providers  failed to provide, and not refunded to 
when required. The maximum amount which may be paid by the 
TCRF to any one passenger is the total amount paid on behalf of the 
passenger to the TTI, not to exceed $15,000. Claims must be 
submitted to the TCRF within 12 months after the scheduled 
completion date of the travel. Claims  must include sufficient 
documentation to prove your claim and a $35 processing fee. 
Claimants must agree to waive their right to other civil remedies 
against a registered participating seller of travel for matters arising 
out of a sale for which you file a TCRF claim. You may request a 
claim form by writing to: Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation; 
468 Manzanita Ave., Suite 1, Chico, CA 95926; or by visiting TCRC's 
website at: www.tcrcinfo.org.
Residents from states other than California: - Transactions are 
not covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund.
7 - CORRESPONDENCE
7 a.) Email Address
Email is the primary method of correspondence TTI will 
use to communicate any updates, changes, or other 
information related to guest's booking and tour. Guest is 
responsible for ensuring that the correct email address is 
provided  at time of booking. TTI is not responsible or 
liable for issues  or related  costs incurred  as a result of 
wrong or misspelled email addresses.
By booking a tour, you opt-in to receive emails from TTI 
that are relevant to your tour  and destination. This 
includes information prior to your trip, and request for 
feedback following the tour and request a review.
7 b.) Phone Number
Phone is the secondary correspondence method TTI will 
use to reach out to guests. .We may need to reach out by 
phone to communicate important information, or if we 
need to verbally confirm any information. We will also use 
your phone number to reach you if not getting responses 
to emails.  Guest is responsible for ensuring that the 
correct phone number is provided at time of booking. TTI 
is  not responsible or liable for issues that occur a result of 
a wrong phone number provided.

8 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
8 a.) Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Any dispute, claim, disagreement, or controversy, in law 
or equity, arising out of or relating to the following items:
*    Terms and Conditions of Booking & Travel
*    Guest participation in all activities provided and/or 
organized by TTI or its agents.
*    Acts or omissions of TTI, its employees, agents, and 
representatives.
*    Acts or omissions of participants or third parties.
*    Organization and delivery of the program.
*    Other agreement, document, or provision of service.
Shall be governed by and construed in accordance with 
the internal laws of the State of California. Each of the 
parties hereto understand and agree that California law 
shall apply to all claims, disputes, and controversies, of 
any kind, arising between the parties, as well as between 
TTI and any nonparty that claims rights through any party, 
on behalf of any party or in relation to any party. In 
addition, each of the parties hereto hereby irrevocably 
waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any 
objection which it may now or hereafter have to the 
application of California law to any action, suit, claim or 
proceeding. Each of the parties hereto hereby irrevocably 
and unconditionally agrees that any action, suit or 
proceeding shall only be brought in any federal and state 
courts located in Riverside County, California, and each 
party hereby irrevocably and unconditionally expressly 
submits to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such 
courts for the purposes thereof and hereby irrevocably 
and unconditionally waives (by way of motion, as a 
defense or otherwise) any and all jurisdictional, venue and 
convenience objections or defenses that such party may 
have in such action, suit or proceeding. Each party hereby 
irrevocably and unconditionally consents to the service of 
process of any of the courts referenced here.
